Frequently asked questions

Why do calories and macros sometimes not match exactly?

Food values may come from manufacturer labels, databases or rounding. Fiber, polyols or different calculation methods can also cause small differences.

Can I use Athletic-AI for free?

Yes. The free area is intended as an entry point. Some comfort and planning features are Premium features because they require more logic, connection and data handling.

Is Athletic-AI medical advice?

No. Athletic-AI supports nutrition, planning and orientation, but it does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or individual medical care.

Why does Athletic-AI ask for body data?

Height, weight, age, calculation sex and activity help calculate more realistic starting values. Without this information, calorie and macro goals would be much less accurate.

Can I send feedback or report bugs?
